Manufacturing Test Engineer

Manufacturing Test TechnicianAs a Manufacturing Test Technician at Power Solutions, you will partner with Test Engineering to fabricate and support test fixtures, document designs, and troubleshoot NPI builds. You will collaborate with test, manufacturing, and software teams early in the product development and introduction process. This role reports to the Test Engineering team.You Will Make an Impact By:Building, testing and troubleshooting production and NPI fixtures.Developing documentation to enable fixture duplication internally and at suppliers.Supporting CNC machining and 3D printing for fixture fabrication.Collaborating cross-functionally with manufacturing, NPI engineering, and supply chain to support rapid prototyping.Participating in pre-release design and process reviews.Travel Requirements: Up to 0-5% of travel is required.Skills You Bring:Strong hands-on troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical systems)Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawingsFamiliarity with fixture design and fabrication processesEffective collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teamsBasic material coordination and documentation supportRequired Skills:Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent on the job training, such as military training required1+ year of related experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to identify and resolve electrical defectsPreferred Skills:CAD experience3D Printing experienceCNC machining experiencePhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Physical Demand 1: Able to lift up to 50 lbsWorking Condition 1: Work in fabrication lab environment using PPECompensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $18.89 - 31.49 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
