What You'll Do As a Transitions Hospice ECT Nurse, you'll work as a vital support member of the interdisciplinary care team — stepping in across cases to assess, treat, and communicate patient needs with speed and clinical precision. Requirements What You Bring Active RN license in the state of employment Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Clinical experience in hospice, home health, or a related setting preferred Flexibility and confidence working across varied patient assignments Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment under pressure Excellent documentation habits and communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally #J-18808-Ljbffr
