Operations Intern

As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead our people strategy, strengthen our organizational culture, and build scalable HR operations that support our mission. Position Summary We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our growing team in Houston, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. What You'll Do Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational projects. Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows. Help maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational records. Assist leadership with project tracking, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team productivity. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Google Workspace is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. Why Join PsychPlus?
