Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services Transaction Advisory Services | Boston, MA, United States | 21011872 We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Boston. Responsibilities Support the team by helping lead on Due Diligence engagements. Undertake highly technical advisory projects under Director & partner supervision. Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff. Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues. Identify new business opportunities and develop long‑term business relationships. Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients. Qualifications Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields. Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA. Financial Due Diligence experience for private equity and strategic buyers. CPA preference. Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills. Interpersonal and client relationship skills. Written and verbal communication skills, including representing diverse communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Flexibility to travel, as needed.
