Description Job Title: Salon Manager Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour Job Overview As the Salon Manager at NappStar Baltimore, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of talented stylists. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about the beauty industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff and clients Ability to assist stylists with client services when needed Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and salon maintenance Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive Requirements 3+ years of experience in a salon management role Cosmetology or Natural Hair license Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs Knowledge of hair care products and services Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent NappStar Baltimore, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
