Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Deliver prompt, compassionate, and efficient services while ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prior to discharge, prioritizing urgent needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient care, responses, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on medical procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor.
