We are looking for a reliable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to help keep residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems running at peak performance. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment

Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose heating and cooling issues

Identify repair needs and communicate recommendations clearly to customers

Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred

EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Experience using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
