We are seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to oversee technical execution, lead job sites, and mentor the next generation of technicians in high-level HVAC integrations.

Leadership & Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Field Supervision: Manage daily job site operations, ensure work meets company quality standards, and act as the primary technical escalation point for complex diagnostic issues.
• Mentorship & Training: Provide direct hands-on guidance and instruction to apprentice and junior technicians to help elevate their technical skill set.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Service: Perform high-level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on complex residential and commercial systems—including integrated Radiant, Air-to-Air, Geothermal, and Snowmelt systems.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Audit completed installations and service jobs for code compliance, system efficiency, and workplace safety.
• Customer & Workflow Management: Partner with dispatch and service management to streamline workflow, maintain customer satisfaction, and represent Tec-HVAC with executive professionalism.
• On-Call Management: Participate in and help manage the emergency service on-call rotation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience Preferred, with at least 1–4+ years in a field lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
• Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification or specialized manufacturer certifications are highly preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Radiant, Air-to-Air, Geothermal, and hydronic/snowmelt systems.
• Leadership Ability: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and crew-coaching skills.
• Requirements: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Schedule & Work Details

• Shift: Day shift (8-hour or 10-hour shifts)
• Availability: Year-round full-time work, overtime, and rotated on-call availability.
