Greet and engage with patients like they’re family.

Manage appointments, and assist in the most important appointments in our office.

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient questions with a smile.

Keep organized and help the office running like a well-adjusted spine.

Be a right-hand person to the doctors—helping with anything and everything.

Working Hours:

Mon 8:30 - 12:00; 2:00 - 6:00pm

Tue 11:00pm - 5:00pm

Wed 8:30 - 12:00; 2:00 - 6:00pm (closing shift on rotation)

Thu 7:30a - 11:00, 2:00-6:00pm

*Regional training / seminars / marketing paid for by company (2-3 wknds/year)
