More about this job > Description The Instructional Assistant provides vital support in the classroom, helping lead activities, grading, and creating a nurturing, faith-based environment. The position requires strong classroom management, a high school diploma, and alignment with the schools' biblical values.

Responsibilities

Able to provide academic support
Experience in managing a classroom
Experience with mentoring students in a Christ-centered environment
Ability to prepare instructional materials and maintain students' records

Requirements

Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Achieved no less than a Bachelor's Degree
Fingerprint and Background Check clearance
Sterling Volunteers clearance

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma
Prefers an Associate degree, college credits, or teachers' certification
Eligible for denominational teacher certificate
Prior teaching experience preferred
