Cashier

Cashier Position

We are looking for a cashier to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, cashing out customers, logging DMV when it arrives in cashier, and some administrative duties.

What We Offer

Full-time and part-time positions available Monday-Saturday & holidays - schedule with some flexibility. Medical/dental/vision insurance. Paid vacation/sick time. 401K. Part-time shift does not include benefits listed above.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department
• Experience handling cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amounts received.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers for all departments
• Record totals of sales receipts, counter tickets and repair orders and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at the end of shift
• Perform various administrative duties

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Professional appearance
• Must be available to work days, evenings, Saturdays & holidays
