Job Details Title: Logistics Agent Location: Miami, Coral Way Working Pattern: Office Based Reporting to: Team Lead Job Summary The Logistics Worker owns the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of assets through Kantar Media’s logistics operation. This role is critical to maintaining shipment accuracy, inventory integrity, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance across inbound, outbound, and internal workflows. Success in this role directly impacts operational reliability, panel continuity, and data integrity. Performance Expectations – First 90 Days Achieve ≥90% shipment accuracy across outbound and internal transfers. Meet defined equipment testing throughput targets while maintaining documentation accuracy. Maintain inventory variance within established thresholds during cycle counts. Demonstrate full adherence to SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards. Independently execute assigned logistics workflows with minimal supervision. Inbound & Receiving Ownership Own accurate receipt, inspection, and system logging of inbound shipments. Ensure discrepancies, damage, or exceptions are documented and escalated promptly. Outbound & Internal Distribution Ownership Own end-to-end shipment preparation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Ensure kits and packages meet defined quality and completeness standards. Equipment Testing & Asset Integrity Own testing accuracy, condition classification, and documentation of returned assets. Protect chain-of-custody and asset integrity throughout handling and storage. Inventory Accuracy & Control Own assigned inventory areas to ensure physical and system alignment. Support cycle counts, variance investigation, and corrective actions. Operational Support Provide flexible operational coverage to maintain continuity during peak demand. Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment. Systems, Tools & Technology Warehouse / Inventory Management Systems (e.g., WMS platforms used by Kantar Media). Barcode scanners and handheld inventory devices. Shipping and tracking platforms. Standardized testing tools and documentation systems. Quality, Compliance & Security Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards. Maintain chain-of-custody documentation for all assigned assets. Comply with data protection, asset security, and regulatory requirements. Immediately elevate security, compliance, or integrity risks. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40–50 lbs. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (4–8 hours per shift). Ability to operate pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment as required. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control. Demonstrated ability to work in process-driven, metric-based environments. Strong attention to detail and accountability mindset. Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems. Prior equipment handling or quality control experience. Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
