Technology Trainer
We are looking for a Technology trainer who is skilled in job-related training. Our goal is to find someone who can easily pick up on technology tools or applications, and then show others how to use it. You will be interacting with different groups of people every day and mentor them on cutting-edge technology that our company uses.
What you'll be doing:
- Train others in cutting-edge technology. You are professional technologist that can take complex subjects and explain them to others
- Use research to identify and anticipate training needs for an organization
- Recommend the use of new technologies for the delivery of training
- Facilitate training for groups and individuals on all types of technology
- Evaluates feedback and tailors training content to better align with the company goals
- Engages in conversations with customers and technical resources to assist in training and remove blockers to learning
- Tinker with training methodologies to see what one works for everyone
- Help us to make solve problems with the technology we are implementing and the training surrounding it
Skills we're seeking:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in technical training
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with Wikis and Confluence
- Experience building technology focused training
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have skills:
- Experience working with customer success teams
- Experience building on-boarding programs
