Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, drivers, and deliveries, verifying credentials, following post orders, and reporting irregularities involving property, vehicles, and/or restricted areas.
• Support logistics and distribution operations by observing trailer movements, checking exterior gates and staging areas, and maintaining detailed activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and/or visitor traffic.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
