Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology patients in a Medical-Surgical/Stepdown (MS/SD) setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License (eNLC)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Medical-Surgical and Stepdown experience required
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider or ONCC certification required
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology and medical-surgical patients
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications, chemotherapy (as applicable), IV infusions, and blood products
• Assist physicians with examinations and treatments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
