Line Operator

The Line Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

Position: Line Operator

Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: 2nd-Shift; Monday - Thursday, 2:00PM - 12:00AM

Pay: Starting rate: $22.00 per hour. Make up to $27.40 per hour through additional training! Includes an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium! FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You'll Do:

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others).

What We're Looking For (Required):

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Bonus points if you have (Preferred):

• Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
