REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FULL TIME DAY SHIFTS

Compensation Pay up to $45 per hour based on experience, ICU experience, and national certifications. Shift differentials are paid for all weekend shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care in an acute setting for conditions such as respiratory failure, high‑flow oxygen, bipap, cpap, vapor therapy and nasal cannula, including sedation, pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management. Manage complicated infections requiring long‑term IV antibiotics and chronic non‑healing wounds requiring wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. Communicate promptly with physicians, CCOs, and coworkers about changes in a patient’s clinical condition, diagnostic studies, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Requirements Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Basic computer knowledge.
