Operator Technician I

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our production team as an Operator Technician.

A leading global packaging manufacturer specializing in innovative plastic and flexible packaging solutions for a variety of industries. The Franklin, Indiana facility offers a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities in production, machine operation, and warehouse operations.

Operator Technician I Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 to $21.00/hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available (Monday through Sunday)

Temp to hire Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) Day Shift (6:30 AM-6:30 PM) Schedule: Flexibility to work assigned shifts across a 7-day operational week, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
Monitor machine performance, identify minor issues, and report any malfunctions or production deviations to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Complete production logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with other production-related tasks and duties as assigned to support overall plant efficiency.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Operator Technician I Qualifications:

Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
Proven experience or demonstrated aptitude for machine operation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have High school diploma or GED.
