What you’ll do Clinical Excellence: Take a lead role in comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing your sharp clinical intuition to monitor well‑being and proactively manage patient outcomes. Precision Care: Safely administer medications and treatments, maintaining a vigilant eye for adverse reactions to ensure the highest standards of patient safety. Diagnostic & Therapeutic Support: Execute vital laboratory tests and therapeutic services that form the backbone of our diagnostic process. Patient Advocacy & Education: Empower patients and their families by demystifying complex treatment plans. You will serve as the essential link to their recovery, providing the clear guidance and resources they need for a confident transition to self‑care and long‑term wellness. Minimum Requirements BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences IV Certification: You must possess a current IV Certification at the time of hire to perform essential functions. Minimum of 1 year experience as LPN strongly preferred.
