We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.*This is a 2**nd**shift position, which is M-F 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.***Responsibilities may include:*** Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment, including machine tools and automated or semi-automated production equipment.* Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.* Perform basic machine setup activities and make routine adjustments as needed.* Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation.* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, fixtures, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment.* Verify product quality and document inspection results in accordance with established procedures.* Support statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control activities as required.* Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.* Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance activities on equipment.* Escalate equipment, process, or quality concerns to appropriate team members.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.* Collaborate effectively with teammates, production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to support manufacturing objectives.**Must Have: Required Qualifications*** 0 Years of experience required.**Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications*** Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience.* Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.* Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.* Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.* Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.* Familiarity with measuring tools, gauges, calipers, or inspection equipment.* Experience following quality procedures and production documentation requirements.For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
