COCKTAIL SERVER

With two dining options, cocktail service, 30+ table games, and over 600 slot machines, we are sure to be the number one entertainment destination in Happy Valley!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Part-Time Cocktail Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional beverage service to guests throughout the casino while creating memorable experiences through friendly, efficient, and professional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to providing outstanding hospitality.

This position will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for:

• Serving guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Operating the POS system and accurately processing cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions.
• Preparing and completing settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
• Accurately recording all food and beverage revenues and corresponding revenue transactions.
• Restocking beverages, supplies, and service stations as needed throughout the shift.
• Assisting with inventory counts and communicating stock needs to management.
• Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to all company policies and Pennsylvania liquor laws regarding responsible alcohol service.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
• Relaying guest compliments, concerns, and service issues to Food & Beverage Managers and Supervisors.
• Promoting positive guest interactions and outstanding relationships with fellow team members.
• Following all company policies, procedures, and responsible gaming initiatives.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of serving, cocktail service, hospitality, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, if required.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6-8+ hours per shift.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. The cost of licensure is covered by Happy Valley Casino.
