Part-Time IT Helpdesk Technician

PVCC in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a part-time Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level support to faculty, staff and students. This role maintains computers and peripherals, performs preventive maintenance, and supports classroom technology including AV and video conferencing. The position requires strong customer service, ability to learn new tech, basic OS and networking knowledge, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
