I’m looking to hire Customer Service Representative for an Independent State Farm Insurance Agency (Preferably with P&C license). If you don’t have the license I will help in acquiring it. Training will be provided. You must be professional and have excellent communication skills. Duties Cold calling Ask for referrals Contact existing customers to add new lines of insurance Pivot from service contacts to set cross‑selling appointments Review existing policies and process changes Take claims and follow‑up on claims questions or problems Process service requests/memos Process payments, answer phones & greet customers Contact existing customers to set review appointments Skills/Qualifications Prospecting skills Meeting sales goals Hour + commission #J-18808-Ljbffr Vrezh Arubyan - State Farm Agent
