About the Role We are launching in Florida and hiring a General Manager who will lead the launch and growth. You will assemble a founding team, secure fleet and chauffeurs, build operations before the first ride, and then own the P&L and brand in Florida. You will report directly to our CEO and collaborate with the New York launch team. What You'll Own P&L responsibility for Florida The offline product: pricing, availability and fleet composition Four local teams Driver Operations Quality & Training (our Chauffeur Academy) Sales (Wheely for Business) Marketing Launch and expansion strategy across Miami, Palm Beach and key seasonal moments Drive business development, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities for growth and partnerships Collaboration with central Product team on the passenger and chauffeur experience Regulatory strategy: navigating Florida's licensing and compliance landscape External representation: press, partnerships and key stakeholder engagement Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 5+ years in high‑growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC or private equity Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills Professional fluency in English Based in Miami (South Florida residency is required) What We Offer Base salary starting from $210,000 per year, plus an annual bonus and equity in a high‑growth scale‑up Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and other benefits designed to support your well‑being Monthly credit for journeys with Wheely, allowing you to experience our service as a passenger and stay closely connected to the product Office‑based role in Miami All of your personal information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with Wheely's Candidate Privacy Notice. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheely
