Facility Coordinator

Supporting the facility management team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Facility Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and administrative functions to ensure a safe and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide general facility management support and monitor daily office operations Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors, and submit and track work orders Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members while assisting in training new team members on procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, facilities, property management, or customer service Experience with data entry, reporting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
