Hospice Scheduling & Care Coordination Specialist

UPMC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for Family Hospice, responsible for coordinating clinical and scheduling functions within the multidisciplinary team. This role is on-site at North Point and Fisk St, where you'll work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm, including rotating weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
