Cyber Security Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SIEM and Risk Assessment, and will play a key role in analyzing business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This is a day-shift role with no travel required. Experience: 12 to 14 Years Required Skills: • SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) Certifications Required:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed business analysis reports outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Use SIEM tools to monitor and analyze security events.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work with IT teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input.
- Support project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven expertise in SIEM and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering business analysis projects in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
- Solid understanding of business processes and systems integration.
