We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer who is interested in applying their technical skills and experiences and working together with others to achieve excellence in design quality and efficient lifecycle execution. This position is responsible for working closely with engineering teams to provide quality-focused technical and process oversight of ASIC/FPGA product developments throughout their lifecycle.As a DQA team member, you will help ensure designs meet quality expectations, as well as customer, regulatory, and other requirements. To be successful in this position will require a passion for quality and continuous process improvement as well as the ability to build rapport with the engineering project teams in order to influence adoption of engineering best practices.This role will be worked onsite in Melbourne, FL or Cedar Rapids, IA. Relocation assistance is supported.What You Will Do:This position is responsible for working with engineering design and development teams throughout the development lifecycle to provide quality-focused technical and process oversight of ASIC/FPGA engineering development of Avionics products. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
