Specialist, Credit Risk (Pipeline Requisition)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Credit Risk team covering Funds and Asset Managers. This role is located in New York City, NY or Pittsburgh, PA.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Performing credit due diligence on existing and prospective clients which include, including Regulated Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity FundsAnalyzing financial performance of clients and assessing the entity’s risk profileCompleting underwritings and annual reviews Establishing and monitoring credit limits including Repo, FX and OTC Derivatives, and Direct LendingParticipating in the negotiation of credit agreementsMonitoring exposures and escalating any concernsReviewing and challenging business proposalsAssisting in the preparation of portfolio presentationsTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields2-4 years of experience in credit supporting Regulated Hedge Funds, and Private Equity FundsAbility to analyze financial statementsDemonstrated understanding of financial markets globallyStrong understanding of AI concepts and ability to apply AI to the job functionAt BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
