Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 - Food and Nutrition Services to lead daily foodservice operations for 2 hospitals , HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center l ocated in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey . 

 

Old Bridge Medical Center operate s 113 beds and Raritan Bay operates at 365 beds.T hey are both community hospitals and part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network.

 

What You'll Do:

We are looking for candidates who will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations at 2 locations;
• deliver high quality food service;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• develop strategic plans;
• create a positive environment; and
• ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
• has multi unit experience
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
