Rehab Program Manager Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 40 hours per week Setting: Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Heartwood Care Center - Crosby, MN Pay: State range $24 to $53 depending on discipline and experience Responsibilities As a lead in the building, you’ll treat patients while getting some experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
