Industrial Maintenance Electronics Technician

Join a long-established, employee-owned manufacturer of medium-voltage wire and cable products serving critical infrastructure markets. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electronics Technician to support a highly automated, 24/7 manufacturing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working with industrial automation systems, and making a direct impact on production reliability.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and improve a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems, including:

• Allen Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and modifications)
• HMI systems and industrial automation controls
• AC/DC motors and variable frequency drives
• Machine control circuits and process control systems
• Power distribution equipment
• Building and facility control systems
• Analog and digital instrumentation
• Industrial communication networks and data exchange systems
• Sensors and automated machine control devices

You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams to diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or electronics experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical controls, automation, and production equipment
• Experience programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs
• Working knowledge of HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred

Schedule

• Must be able to work any shift within a 24/7 manufacturing operation
• Initial assignment will likely be on 2nd or 3rd shift
