OT - Occupational Therapist

AHC Rehab - Rockville

Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Day shift, 5x8 hours, from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Requires availability from Tuesday to Saturday.

We are seeking a dedicated occupational therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehab and be committed to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients in the inpatient rehab setting.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to enhance functional independence.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
Active occupational therapy license in Maryland or compact state.
BLS certification required.
