Job Title
Compensation & Performance Pay
Weekly Earnings: Average $1,265 – $1,500 per week
All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time.
Orientation: Paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
Home Time & Routes
Schedule: Consistent, steady workload with predictable dispatch.
Home Time: Home weekly for your full reset.
Operating Area: Regional routes primarily throughout the Northeastern states.
Equipment & Freight
The Fleet: Drive newer, top-tier Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.
Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Mostly drop & hook loads to keep your wheels turning and minimize wait times.

Job Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
