ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare design plans for residential subdivisions and commercial sites. Collaborate with Project Managers and clients on the design of subdivisions, multi‑family residential complexes, commercial and industrial site plans. Develop or modify deliverables based on rough sketches, marked‑up copies and/or detailed verbal instructions. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software daily.QUALIFICATIONS

Six years civil site plan and/or residential construction design experience (Required). Six years AutoCAD software experience (Required). Six years Civil 3D software experience (Required). Familiarity with MSD, St. Louis County and St. Charles County Highway standards (Preferred). Strong problem‑solving and resolution skills. Ability to multitask. Strong time‑management skills.
