Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee people, processes, and budgets for projects, enabling the sales team to focus on growth. Manage commercial and industrial boiler projects from start to finish . Oversee installations, replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades . Coordinate schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and field teams . Serve as the main point of contact for customers and inspectors . Ensure compliance with ASME codes, safety standards, and local regulations . Oversee steam and hot water systems, including piping, controls, and auxiliaries . Lead commissioning, startup, and project closeout . Drive projects to completion—on time, on budget, and done right .
