Production Operator

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Must have 6+ months forklift experience; certification not required.

• Must complete background check and drug test.

• Physically demanding job - candidate needs to lift 50 pound bags throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Run multiple pieces of equipment, including batching mixers and packaging line.

• Manufacture products to ensure they meet specifications and HACCP requirements.

• Operate ingredient augers, mixing scale, mixer, liquid pumps, forklift, and distribution equipment.

• Maintain good housekeeping at all times.

• Work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with company rules and regulations.

Nice to Have:

• At least 6+ months feed production experience preferred.

• Background in mechanics and maintenance helpful.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualification And Education:

• High School Education or Equivalent.

• Fork Lift Experience.

• Basic Computer Skills.
