CNC Repair Technician Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in powertrain components for the Automotive, Diesel Engine, and Military industries, is seeking a CNC Repair Technician to join their team. As a CNC Repair Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC Repair Technician Location: Fraser, MI Pay Range: $40.00 to $50.00/Hr Shift: All Responsibilities Maintain and repair CNC equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and evaluate repair needs efficiently. Perform repairs on 4‑axis Horizontal CNC machines, including ballscrew, spindle, servo, and bearing replacements. Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical blueprints for accurate repairs. Support preventative maintenance activities and document repair actions for traceability. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance and machine repair. Strong mechanical skills and ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with Fanuc controls, ladders, and parameters preferred. Must provide own tools as specified.
