Job Description Nova Driving School is seeking passionate, professional, and safety-focused Driving Instructors to join our growing team. This instructor position will primarily serve students in Schaumburg, Illinois, and the surrounding northwest suburban communities , providing high-quality driver education and behind-the-wheel training to teens and adults throughout the area. As part of the city's #1 driving school, you will play a vital role in helping new drivers develop the skills, confidence, and responsible driving habits needed to navigate today's roadways safely. Instructors will work one-on-one with students from diverse backgrounds, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs while fostering a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teach students safe and lawful driving techniques, including Illinois traffic laws and defensive driving strategies. Adapt your teaching style to meet diverse learning needs and comfort levels. Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback after each lesson. Stay up‑to‑date on current traffic regulations and best practices in driver education. Create a positive, supportive, and focused learning environment that builds student confidence. Requirements Requirements Driver's license of at least 2 years - Current and Valid driver's license should have been issued in the State of Illinois No at fault accident in the last 7 years Previous experience in driving instruction is preferred but not required Above 21 years of age High school graduate or equivalent- Must be able to present ORIGINAL diploma or transcripts Why Join Nova?
