Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – South Carolina

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Aiken, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Highlights:

• Fast-paced emergency department treating a diverse patient population including urgent care, pediatric, psychiatric, and critical care/trauma cases
• Manage critical care skills including medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion protocols, and chest tube management
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment that promotes professional growth and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to ensuring the highest level of safety and quality outcomes
• Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility location

Requirements:

• Current South Carolina Registered Nurse license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Current certifications: CPI (NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training course), NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and ACLS
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to manage complex patient care needs across multiple acuity levels
