Account Executive

Account Executive | HVAC & Building Automation | PNW

I'm supporting a confidential search for a well-established, publicly backed mechanical and energy services contractor who are seeking an Account Executive for their growing PNW operation. With a strong presence across the West Coast and a specialized focus on HVAC, energy services and building automation, this person will play a key role in continuing to grow the region.

This is a key commercial role with responsibility for:

• Developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships
• Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts
• Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
• Selling HVAC, energy services and building automation solutions
• Building strong relationships with facility owners, building managers and key decision makers
• Working closely with operations and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Supporting the continued growth and market expansion of the PNW region

We're looking for:

• 5+ years of HVAC, mechanical, energy services or building automation sales experience or related field
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing accounts
• Experience selling into commercial, industrial or institutional markets
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to help build a growing market
