Data Entry Specialist – Nonprofit Organization About the Organization and Opportunity Community-based nonprofit with a strong, mission-focused culture Supported by nearly 6,000 volunteers annually Dedicated to improving health, education, and economic mobility within the community Currently in growth mode and actively hiring multiple positions Highly collaborative team that is cross-trained and supportive Offers a comprehensive employee benefits package, including generous paid time off Hybrid work schedule available Located in Hartford, CT, with on-site parking fully paid by the organization Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain daily cash receipts, deposits, and payment information within the company’s cash management system Verify cash transactions for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner Prepare and organize cash management documentation and supporting records for audit and reporting purposes Maintain electronic files and databases while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards Assist with month-end cash reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned Preferred Qualifications Accounting background is a plus Have worked within a cash management system Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Demonstrates initiative and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
