Floodplain Compliance Specialist & Development Liaison
Richland County
Richland County is seeking a professional to ensure compliance with floodplain management regulations through comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial development sites. Candidates must ensure proper implementation of sediment control, stormwater management, and floodplain practices. The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent in engineering and three to five years of experience in the field.
