Technical Services Specialist II - Construction Support

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Services Representative II to provide technical services to customers. This role involves resolving complaints, coordinating support requests, and updating technical data sheets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry and 2 years in Technical Services, as well as strong communication skills.
