Join our dynamic Urology team as a full-time nurse practitioner in the vibrant community of Richland, Washington. Collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians in a fast-paced environment. Your role will encompass emergency department on-call duties, assisting in the operating room, and providing care in an outpatient clinic. Become part of a supportive and collegial team while enjoying a well-balanced schedule in the sunny southeast region of Washington.

• Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 hours dedicated to patient care.
• Utilization of: Robotics-assisted technology.
• Preferred experience: Background in Urology and operating room settings.
• Role includes: Rotating responsibilities in clinic, inpatient care, emergency department, and first assist duties.
• Loan forgiveness: Our organization qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

• Compensation range: Between $138,712 and $184,404 annually.
• Compensation details: May include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
