We are seeking experienced, factory-trained (or factory-trainable) Bumper-to-Bumper Service Technicians who take pride in high-quality work and thrive in a flat-rate environment. Position Highlights:

• Flat Rate Pay up to $50 per hour for qualified, high-efficiency technicians
• Efficiency bonus plans available.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
