Remote Outbound Survey Caller – Sales & Service Pros Wanted!
Do you have a go-getter mindset and a passion for making connections? CornerStone Staffing is now hiring Outbound Survey Callers to engage with businesses, follow up on marketing outreach, and help drive conversion through outstanding service. If you're self-motivated, tech-savvy, and thrive in a remote setting—we want to hear from you!
Location: Addison
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (W2)
What You’ll Be Doing
• Call offices to follow up on marketing signage
• Take inbound calls to provide product support
• Conduct regular internet research to support campaigns
• Troubleshoot app issues when needed and report concerns
• Work independently while maintaining strong service and sales focus
Must Have
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office
• Must have Salesforce Software experience
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Must have up to date laptop or desktop computer
