Logistics ManagerWe're hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee daily supply chain operations, manage transportation and warehouse activities, and lead logistics teams to meet performance goals. This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventoryLead and mentor logistics staff to meet department goals and KPIsDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delaysMonitor and analyze logistics metrics to ensure performance targets are achievedCoordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departmentsEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standardsSupport leadership with reporting and strategic planningQualifications5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain managementProven leadership and team management experienceStrong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory systemsAnalytical skills and ability to solve operational issues quicklyExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesProficiency in logistics software and Microsoft ExcelBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferredAverage Pay Rate: $45 – $52 / Hour
