Job Summary The Resale Store Receiving Associate is responsible for accepting, sorting, and organizing donated goods while maintaining a clean and safe receiving area. Job Summary The Resale Store Receiving Associate is responsible for accepting, sorting, and organizing donated goods while maintaining a clean and safe receiving area. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist donors professionally. Inspect, sort, and price donations per store guidelines. Maintain an organized and safe receiving area. Stock and rotate inventory onto the sales floor. Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers. Follow all safety and loss prevention policies. Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Retail, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Work Environment: Frequent standing, bending, and lifting. Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to varying temperatures.
