This position allows for a flexible work setting, primarily remote, which enables our therapists to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health status, including diagnosis and treatment needs.

  • Establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual circumstances, collaborating with the client to set measurable goals.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques during counseling sessions, maintaining an environment that fosters openness and trust.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Provide ongoing support and adjustment of treatment strategies for clients diagnosed with mental health issues, as well as those battling substance abuse disorders.

  • Engage in regular staff meetings, contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement in our practices.

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of best practices.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care for complex cases and ensure comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse client population, addressing an array of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and addiction disorders. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to connect and empathize with clients from various backgrounds, creating personalized therapeutic experiences that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

  • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

  • At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or related setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
